About
Seven Hills Consulting bridges the gap between insurance payers and partners. While insurance payers seek new ways to profitably grow and retain their membership, their partners seek access to this membership to grow their own consumer bases.
More often than not, the payer and partner goals are misaligned. Rich Greenhalgh, Principal & CEO of Seven Hills Consulting, brings these groups together by strategically and operationally aligning them to achieve their desired goals.
Increased Profitability and Retention
After Rich implemented this model for the leading healthcare carrier in Massachusetts (MA), the results clearly indicate the successes achieved by both the healthcare carrier and its partners. The model resulted in an increase in profitability, as well as new and retention business for the insurance payer, nation-leading growth of new consumers for its partners, and a holistic approach that provided increased protection and a simplified consumer experience.
Seven Hills prides itself on responsiveness and efficient project timelines. Most projects adhere to a 30, 60 or 90 day timeline, accompanied by our support on your initial rollout and a roadmap for future initiatives.
